Service Cancellation

As event photography services are customized and time-sensitive, cancellation policies apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus 20% administrative fee
  • 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of total payment
  • Less than 15 days before event: No refund available

Photography Services

Once photography services have been provided, refunds are not available. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns about the quality of our work.

Digital Products

Digital photographs and online galleries are delivered as specified in your service agreement. Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not applicable once delivery has been completed.

Physical Products

For physical products such as printed photographs or albums:

  • Defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for replacement
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless defective

Refund Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us in writing at helpdesk@shrexxonzla.world. Include your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent service delivery, we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds based on circumstances.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction with our event photography services.
